The H2H program moves our families into the next stage of self-sufficiency by moving them out of the institution of the shelter and into a healthy community as soon as possible. Subsidized time-limited rent is provided while they "learn to earn" and can afford the rent on their own. The program stipulates employment and has financial criteria that serve as tangible goals to motivate the parent to work hard.
Working within a community setting takes Nicholas House to where we believe issues of poverty, not just homelessness need to be tackled.

The Nicholas House H2H Program is pleased to partner with the Atlanta Women's Foundation in an effort to assist families once displaced and now resettling into metro-Atlanta.
Please view the Rebuilding Women's Lives video to see how are partnerships are "making a difference"!
